Who we are
This website is operated by ASM Consultancy and Advisory Limited (“ASM”, “we” or “us”), a company registered in Cyprus under company number HE448585. Our registered office is Varkizas 16, Larnaca, Cyprus.
Our role
ASM is a broker and intermediary. We are not an air carrier and we do not operate aircraft.
Flights arranged through ASMove are operated by licensed air carriers. The operator is responsible for the operation of the aircraft, and the operator’s terms apply to the flight.
Through ASMember we arrange the supply of aircraft parts and components from third parties. ASM does not manufacture, repair, overhaul or certify parts. Whether a part is suitable for a particular aircraft remains the responsibility of the buyer and its approved maintenance organisation.
ASMarket
Products and services offered through ASMarket are supplied by third-party providers on their own terms. Airline points and miles are subject to the rules of each airline programme, which may restrict or prohibit their sale or transfer. ASM cannot override those rules.
Course listings state the approval status of the course and of the provider. Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance until ASM has confirmed it to you in writing.
Verification and compliance
To protect our members, our partners and the integrity of our network, we verify the identity of applicants and may ask for further information at any stage. We may decline an application, or end a relationship, where we cannot complete verification or where sanctions, anti-money-laundering or other legal obligations require it.
