ASM is a broker. Our loyalty is to the member who asks, not to any operator, supplier or provider.

We tell you what we are.
We are an intermediary. We do not operate aircraft and we do not certify parts. Every arrangement states clearly who is responsible for what.

We keep confidences.
Names, plans and requirements are shared only with those who need them to fulfil a request.

We say no when we should.
We may decline or end a relationship where we cannot verify a member, or where the law requires it.
